Embark on a journey of EVOO discovery! Our morning sessions offer a condensed yet enriching experience, ideal for those eager to delve into the world of olive oil farming and production. Wander through our organic olive grove and absorb insights on the annual farming cycle, from pruning techniques to managing pests and environmental challenges, and culminating in the rewarding harvest.

Then, indoors or outdoors depending on weather conditions, indulge in an interactive EVOO tasting featuring four exquisite oils from across Italy, including our own.

Taster Mornings take place with a minimum participation rate of two guests. Please contact us for tailored arrangements.

The experience includes a taster tin of our latest harvest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and the chance to stock up on our EVOO (while supplies last).

Your ticket covers a two-hour tour, a tasting session, and a 100ml tin of our latest vintage Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

For visitors arriving by train from Rome, we recommend Thursday afternoon, Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning, as these provide the most comfortable train transfers.

1. That my booking will not be considered complete until payment of my 25% booking deposit has been received by Olive Hill Sabina. 2. That this event will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. 2. That the booking deposit is non refundable (except in the event of cancellation of the event by Olive Hill Sabina (see above). 3. That payment of the balance is due on arrival at Olive Hill Sabina. NOTE! We recommend that you bring cash to cover your balance payment and any EVOO purchases that you wish to make. Credit Cards are accepted for in person payments at the farm, but are liable to a 3% surcharge to cover processing costs. 4. That tours take place in ENGLISH only 5. That this event involves a walk on rough ground on a hillside; suitable clothing and footwear (closed toed) should be worn. 5. That Olive Hill Sabina cannot be held liable for any injuries or illnesses incurred during or as a result of this experience 6. That dogs (with the exception of service dogs) are not permitted at Olive Hill Sabina
