La Stanza is a self contained, recently renovated ground floor B&B suite within, yet independent from our farmhouse.

Featuring a matrimoniale sized bed with a Tempur mattress, complementary air conditioning and wifi, your comfort is assured.

Your suite also has tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge in which the milk for your beverages will be sitting.

As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to a private decking area with a swing seat and comfortable chairs. Think of this space as your outdoor living room.

You can also benefit from our shady gardens, adorned with a hammock, and a pergola that offers stunning views of our organic olive grove and the captivating Sabina countryside.

In the summer months (mid-June to mid-September), take advantage of our large, aboveground pool and comfortable sun loungers for a refreshing dip and relaxation.

Please note that these outdoor spaces are shared with us and our two friendly dogs, which is why we are unable to accommodate pets (other than service animals) for overnight stays.

Welcome to Olive Hill Sabina, an enchanting 8.5-hectare (22-acre) organic olive farm nestled on the outskirts of San Giorgio di Tarano village. Just a short ten-minute stroll away, you'll find two exceptional restaurants and a charming village bar.

Here at our farm, you can savour leisurely walks amidst the organic olive grove or join an engaging olive oil tasting session and immersive farm experience. Meander through the olive grove, greet our friendly hens, observe the busy bees crafting the honey you'll enjoy at breakfast, and bask in the mesmerizing Sabina Sunset.

Taste & Stay

Indulge in an 'aperitasting' evening upon your arrival. This delightful package includes a guided olive grove tour, an Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting session, and an 'apericena' featuring a local tasting platter accompanied by wine and beer. Your overnight stay and breakfast the following morning are also included.

Harvest and Stay:

On select dates in early October, join us for La Raccolta! Harvest olives on the hillside using hand rakes (suitable for physically fit guests). After a productive morning, relish a pasta lunch (included) before returning to the grove for a few more hours. By late afternoon, we gather the olives into 20kg crates and transport them to the mill. In just a couple of hours, you'll have the most exceptional EVOO you've ever tasted! Please note that dinner is not included in this package, but we're happy to recommend local restaurants.
