Our Organic Haven in the Heart of Central ItalyWelcome to Olive Hill Sabina, located on the outskirts of the village of San Giorgio di Tarano, in the heart of Italy.
Since 2018, we have been restoring an abandoned farm within this stunning countryside. Our name, Olive Hill Sabina, is a reflection of our organic olive groves on this sun-kissed southern hill.
Nestled in the undiscovered and enchanting region of Sabina, we are located an hour from Rome.
We invite you to explore our organic farm, where every moment is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the timeless beauty and rich heritage of this extraordinary Italian destination.
Our oil
We are a Certified Organic farm, and are proudly pesticide free here at Olive Hill.
Our philosophy is to encourage biodiversity and to work in harmony with nature. We prune our trees ourselves, & encourage wild flowers in the grove through the summer for our bees to forage on. We harvest using hand rakes in early October, and our EVOO is DELICIOUS as well as healthy!
