Next, join Emma for a stroll through our organic olive grove. You’ll gain insights into the farming year's rhythm, our harmonious organic techniques, and the art of olive harvesting and milling that yields our delectable, premium-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

As twilight sets in, relish the cooler evening air with a delightful aperitivo featuring local snacks thoughtfully paired with the olive oils you've just experienced. Quench your thirst with refreshing drinks, including local wines, beer, or soft drinks, all included in the price. Our 'apericena' unfolds in our shady garden, offering panoramic views of the olive grove and the picturesque Sabina countryside.

Lastly, your journey concludes with a special takeaway: a taster tin of our latest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and the chance to purchase more (while supplies last)
