organic, early harvest extra virgin olive oil

Our EVOO has always been, and will always be an early harvest oil.

We harvest our organic grove using hand rakes within the month of October, and the olives are milled at our local, award winning “frantoio” within a day of picking for maximum freshness.

Bursting with flavour as well as polyphenols, our early harvest EVOO is healthy AND delicious!

The aroma is reminiscent of freshly cut grass, green tomato and aubergines.

Our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a medium intensity pungency, velvety mouth feel, and a nice balance of bitterness and fruit.
