Our Organic Olive Farm, Just One Hour from RomeWelcome to Olive Hill Sabina, located on the outskirts of the village of San Giorgio di Tarano, in the heart of Italy.
Since 2018, we have been restoring an abandoned farm within this stunning countryside. Our name, Olive Hill Sabina, is a reflection of our organic olive groves on this sun-kissed southern hill.
Nestled in the undiscovered and enchanting region of Sabina, we are located an hour from Rome, yet a million miles from the frenetic pace of The Eternal City.
We offer inciteful and fun olive oil experiences including guided Extra Virgin Olive Oil tastings with our own professional Olive Oil Sommelier, tours of the olive grove with the farmer, and the option of a relaxing lunch or evening aperitivo during which you can use your new found knowledge of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to pair oils with your food.
For schools and universities we provide hands-on educational mornings to guide students through organic, regenerative and sustainable olive oil production.
All experiences are conducted in English, and we are native English speakers.

Our oil
We are a Certified Organic farm, and are proudly
pesticide free here at Olive Hill.
Emma is a Qualified Organic Farmer, and we encourage biodiversity and to work in harmony with nature through regenerative farming practices.
We work the farm ourselves: pruning the trees in the spring, encouraging wild flowers in the grove for our honey bees to forage on, and doing all the land work using our ancient Fiat tractor.
We harvest using hand rakes in early October, and our EVOO is packed full of polyphenols: DELICIOUS as well as healthy!
